Frontal system, ITCZ to bring rains in Phl

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday said that the frontal system and intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring rains in the country.,According to PAGASA, the frontal system will affect extreme Northern Luzon while ITCZ will bring rains in Mindanao.,Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.,Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.,Temperature will range from 26.4 degrees Celsius to 32.2 degrees Celsius.
