PAGASA monitors LPA
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday said that a low pressure area and southwest monsoon will bring rains in the country.,According to PAGASA, the LPA was estimated at 185 kilometers (km) west northwest of Itbayat, Batanes.,The weather bureau added that the southwest monsoon will affect the western section of Northern and Central Luzon.,Ilocos Region, Bataan and Zambales will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.,Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.,Temperature will range from 25.3 degrees Celsius to 30.8 degrees Celsius.
